We are absolutely THRILLED to announce that during the month of April, Weichen Zhang’s We Are Brandon photography exhibit will be on display at the BGMA! This incredible series showcases many of the wonderful people that make Brandon a unique and special place.
As Zhang states:
“In my opinion, what defines a city is the people who live here. A city depends not only on its economy, geographic location, population size, history, and culture, but also on the people behind these figures. It is because they continue to create the economy, spread the culture, beautify the city, and accumulate the history of the city. I think these stories are the most vivid record of the data.”
We will have an opening reception on April 11 from 7pm to 9pm and an artist talk on April 12 at 2pm. This show is part of the province wide FLASH Photography Festival.
